- I was born in Bury St.Edmunds, and lived there all my life. I attended King Edward VI upper school until 1986, where I managed 3 O'levels. Started a college course that september,but quit after 3 months to go and work in a butchers shop. That lasted a year before moving to the company I'm in my 22nd year with now.
Why CashierNo.5
I was at work one day and called someone that I knew from the queue, from my local pub, to serve. They didn't at the time know where I worked, so when I said "Hello Steve", they looked up and said "Cashier No.5".
So this gets back to the pub, via this guy, and most of the regulars call me that now,

fantastic pictures, must have been taken last summer when you guys last saw the sun...LOL
They were taken yesterday (saturday 14th July) cheeky. But it has been a crap summer.
crawling to each of those pubs in one day ... you did great to get them all in focus!!!
I miss a good pub crawl, trouble is the bars here are miles apart..I'd probably end up in a lake or something!
its strange but the picture of the grapes seems to contain a person who looks a lot like my sister, wonder what the chances of that would be?
the blonde woman on the right is the one I'm on about.
oh and I counted I've had beers in all of those places, including the brewery!
To FourPints, That would be uncanny to have her in the pic. Can she look and see? It was 15 pubs and the brewery ! I missed out the Nutshell in the centre of town. Appreciate I missed a few others like the Falcon, Tollgate, Greengage, Minden rose, Macebearer, Glad Abbot, MH.
