I have to go to Gatwick Airport in the morning, and this afternoon was a friends BBQ. So I had to bail out early so as to be able to drive in the morning, below the drink/drive limit.
I have had to put £70 of petrol in the car this week. (If your American this is $129.50 @ an exchange rate of $1.85 to £1, to cover approx 500 miles in a 2.2 litre engine car at £1.18/$218.3 a litre of Petrol !).
